Pōhutukawa is your go-to if you want more flavour in the smoke. It burns hot, smells incredible, and brings a distinctly New Zealand character to whatever you’re cooking. The smoke is aromatic, slightly sweet, and more pronounced than oak — think richer, fuller flavour without being harsh.
It’s especially good with fish, chicken, pork, veg, and anything that benefits from a bit more personality on the fire. Fully dried and ready to use.
