Shipping & returns

We know you just want to get out there and fish — so we keep shipping simple and returns fair. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we get your gear to you, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Shipping

We currently ship across New Zealand.

Flat Rate Shipping:

• $10 shipping on all orders under $50
• Free shipping on orders over $50

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2 business days. You’ll get a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on the move.

At this stage, we don’t ship internationally.

If you have any questions about your order or need to make a change, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

Because our products are perishable bait and attractants, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll sort it.

Please include a photo and your order number so we can resolve things quickly.
