Salted Blue Mackerel Fillets

A go-to bait for targeting snapper, gurnard, kahawai and more. Salted blue mackerel is firm, oily, and tough enough to stay on the hook through long casts, pickers, and dirty water.

These fillets are ideal for surfcasting off the beach, straylining off the rocks or boat, or dropping baits straight to the bottom. The salt cure draws out moisture while locking in scent, making them a top performer in deeper water or low-visibility conditions.

Each 1kg (approx) pack includes 4 salted fillets, vacuum-sealed in a reusable/recyclable storage container for storage. Cut into chunks, strips or bait whole — it’s versatile and strikes well.

Each 400g (approx) pack is 2 salted fillets, vacuum-sealed in a resealable zip lock bag for storage.
